Asadito Experience is an exclusive 3.5–4 hour hosted experience designed for groups who want to gather around the grill and live something authentic.

A Guided Chilean Ritual Around the Parrilla

It begins with:

  • A traditional Chilean welcome drink (Pisco Sour or selected Chilean wines)

  • Chilean appetizers

As the parrilla comes alive, three exclusive Chilean cuts are prepared over live fire and presented one by one. Each cut is introduced and explained in real time — its origin, its preparation, its place in Chilean asado tradition.

Alongside the grill, guests enjoy unique Chilean-style side dishes, thoughtfully selected to complement each stage of the experience.

The gathering continues with:

  • Long-table sharing

  • Traditional Chilean games

  • A typical Chilean dessert

  • Chile’s most iconic pisco long drink to close the ritual

Each experience is limited to a maximum of 20 people.
